I always have a little nostalgic moment when I hear ‘Mango Body Butter’… it takes me back to early teenage years of the original super-greasy Body Shop body butters…
But body butters seem to be having bit of a revival lately, and I have to say Nip+Fab’s Dry Skin Fix Body Butter didn’t get me in the mess I used to get 20 years ago!
It’s soft, creamy and light and glides onto skin, absorbs really well too.
Having quite dry skin I slathered it on and my skin drank it up, perhaps a little too quickly for my preference, but it gave a lovely soft sheen and wasn’t at all greasy.
The scent – Mango Smoothie – was ok, it didn’t wow me, but mango isn’t one of my favourite fragrances anyway… this was softer, not too sweet and it only lingered lightly on the skin. It’s also available in Coconut Latte.
Overall, would I buy it? Hmmm, not sure, but there’s an offer of 50% off over at Nip+Fab’s website as I write, so I am tempted!
